Recently, Microsoft had rolled out another version of the Fast ring update, Build 14271. Along with it comes an update for the Mobile, Build 14267.1004. Somewhat this is the first time that the software giant released the new build for the mobile and PC right on the same day.
Just starting with the PC build, a lot of new contents and features are not there to report in this, but the major frequency with which the Windows is asking for feedback is simply locked to the “Automatically (Recommended)” in the Settings app and it is managed by the Insider Program.
Besides these features and improvement, a lot of factors and issues have been fixed. The issue with regard to the windows border of the apps has been modified right from the accent color to the latest one which is black for each upgrade done to the new build. Even the music control has been updated and this is displayed in the taskbar previews of the music app like Groove which provides a crisper look and a better high resolution.
Also, the issue where the taskbar sometimes never goes to auto-hide and gets displayed unexpectedly always on top of the full-screen window like showing the PowerPoint presentation in a slideshow mode has been corrected. Even the issue of the ‘Hide notification while presenting’ has been fixed. This is especially when the setting preferences have been lost even after the new build has been upgraded.
Now the entire app header of this Action Center is present as right clickable instead of the normal name of the app or ‘x’. Also, it is easy to dismiss all the available notifications from a given specific app present in the Action Center. This is done by increasing the target area and encompassing the whole app header.
