First, go into the BIOS and change the boot order- there are plenty of tutorials on the subject on YouTube  to make the machine boot from USB.  Next, I would use an external software to wipe the drive and possibly format &#038; partition it.  BUT, depending on the copy of 10 you have, it may (should be capable of at least formatting&#038; partitioning) not be necessary.
Best  advice I can give is telling you to have an experienced acquaintance walk you through it the first time.]]></description>
