I now have Windows 8.1 that was already on my computer when I bought it new in May, 2015. I do not like Windows 8.1 and want to get rid of it. Before buying this computer I had Windows 7 which was great but now you have no choice when you buy a new computer as you can’t get anything but Window 8.1 as I checked with several different stores that sell computers. I bought this one at Best Buy and have had nothing but trouble with it since the day I brought it home & hooked it up! Please tell me how to get Windows 10 & I will see if it is any better!
