					<description><![CDATA[I have a serious error in my laptop. Im unable to install .net framework 3.5 ( includes 2.0 and 3.0) to run some of my old pc games in windows 10 home edition 64 bit. Also cannot install 4.8 framework it says higher edition is already installed in your pc. Anyone help me.  Tried many ways to fix by viewing Youtube. Still its not fixed.
